You can pay the course fee through ELTE’s official payment platform:

1. Switch to English in the upper left corner

2. You need to accept the SimplePay privacy notice and ELTE’s privacy notice and click on START SHOPPING

3. As Faculty please select: Rector’s Cabinet

4. As Payment title select: Summer University Course Fee

5. As Subtitle select from the followings:

• Course fee (foreign)
• Course fee (hungarian)
• Erasmus+ (Erasmus partner discount price- only for students, studying at ELTE’s Erasmus partner institute, and uploaded the proof on the registration form): 480 EUR

6. Choose the one that applies to you

7. If you intitiate your payment before the 10th of May, use early bird BSU at the Discount code section
(In case you selected to pay in Hungarian currency, you need to use early bird BSU2 at the Discount code section)

8. Click on the cart, and follow the instructions.

The course fee must be paid within two weeks of registration, otherwise we cannot reserve your place on the chosen course.

Refund policy

In case of cancellation (including visa rejection), we charge an administrative fee of 50 EUR. Cancellation is only possible until 15th of June. If you cancel the course after June 15 for any reason, we will not be able to refund the course fee (except in exceptional cases: accident, hospital treatment, and other emergencies, which you need to prove with official documents).
