I’m Hassan. I love video editing and enjoy reading about history and wars, which is why I’m studying International Relations at ELTE.

WHAT STOOD OUT TO YOU ABOUT ELTE?

What I really love about ELTE is its diversity — a single class can have people from almost every corner of the world, and that feels really beautiful to me.

WHAT MAKES STUDYING AT ELTE SO GREAT?

It’s library, my favorite place to study.

WHAT ARE / WERE YOUR CHALLENGES IN YOUR STUDY PROGRAM?

Studying Hungarian was a bit challenging, but I really enjoyed it. And during my first week, finding the lecture halls was kind of tricky (haha).

HOW DID YOU OVERCOME THESE CHALLENGES?

I started talking to Hungarian students, made some Hungarian friends, and that also helped me improve my Hungarian.

HOW DO YOU THINK YOUR DEGREE WILL HELP YOU IN YOUR LIFE AND CAREER?

I aspire to be a geopolitics content creator on social media (YouTube, Instagram), and studying International Relations is giving me the knowledge and expertise I’ll need to get there someday.
