The orgnizers are pleased to announce that Dr. Lesley E. Davis and Dr. Sarah Hurwitz from the United States will be visiting our faculty at the invitation of the Disability Studies Social Innovation Lab and the Autism Spectrum Pedagogy Specialisation.
On 24 February, they will be leading two open workshops on topics that have a significant impact on the lives of children with special educational needs, young people and adults with disabilities. The morning discussion will focus on accessibility, led by Dr. Lesley E. Davis and Acces4you. The afternoon's programme for the Doctoral Workshop on Disability Studies includes an introduction to disability law in the United States, delivered by Dr. Lesley E. Davis and Dr. Sarah Hurwitz.
