ELTE Citizen Science workshop for early-career researchers

The ELTE CHARM-EU Office warmly invites interested PhD students to its open science workshop on 23 February.

The aim of the English-language event is to deepen participants’ knowledge of best practices, essential skills, and tools for participatory open science research involving community engagement. In addition, the workshop will provide an opportunity to share the experiences of participants from the “Citizen Science in Practice” Winter School held at the University of Barcelona. Participants will also have the chance to share and discuss their own individual experiences and questions during the workshop.

Program of the two-hour workshop:

• Summary of experiences from the CHARM-EU Citizen Science in Action Winter School

• Interactive discussion on the real challenges and opportunities of citizen science

• Informal discussion over snacks and coffee
